Shipping policy

From the first business day of paid orders, sterling silver jewelry will ship within 7 calendar days or less; gold jewelry will ship out within 14 calendar days or less.  

Every effort is made to ship orders to our customers as quickly as possible.  In the rare exception of additional lead time needed, Susan Ohrn Jewelry will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform them of the delivery timeframe, with the choice of accepting the delay or canceling the order for a full refund.

All domestic orders ship free ground service.  If faster delivery is required, please contact us directly at hello@susanohrnjewelry.com.

International orders ship for a flat fee of $10 with a 10 day delivery timeframe.  

Expedited domestic or international shipments must be paid by the purchaser.
